Established in 2006 by David Cohen GSIG REO has served the Boca Raton and surrounding real estate markets for over a decade. We have helped provide the dream of home ownership to over 2,500 home owners and helped convert vacant blighted REO properties from eye sores to homes with pride of ownership, increasing the values of entire neighborhoods in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. We have managed the care of all our properties, completed over 10,000 broker price opinions, payed utilities and HOA dues while reporting to our clients weekly and negotiated thousands of transactions.
Our clients over the years have included Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, all HUD M&M sub contractors, Bank of America, and Chase to name a few. David Cohen has been featured in a number of publications and achieving highest transaction sides in 2013 for AREAA with over 483 transaction sides.
